When asked what he wanted to be when he grew up, a young Abe Spigner would usually reply, "An astronaut, video game programmer, a fireman, a cop, a marine, a drummer, a racecar driver and a fighter pilot." Fortunately, acting happens to be the only career that will allow him to be all of these things... and then some.
Abe has studied his craft for over 8 years in 4 different states, 3 schools and 2 countries to build what most have said to be a very "well balanced, talented gift." Along with over 7 films at Florida State University, he studied Shakespeare, Restoration and Comedia Del Arte in London. He also studied play dynamics, advanced movement techniques and Russian theater at The Conservatory for the Performing Arts at Webster University in St. Louis. Since moving to Los Angeles, he has joined the Screen Actors Guild, perfomed on stage numerous times, starred in independent films, recently booked speaking roles in major films and multiple SAG national commercials.
Abe still has work to do in this business. He attacks his roles with passion, love and understanding and uses his experiences to portray his characters realistically. With that said, he still has time to play the video game programmer, the astronaut and the fireman etc. Fortunately for Abe, he's still growing.
